I want all my clients to be happy with their hair, so here at WIG ATELIER, if you feel your hairpiece does not work for you, that's absolutely fine as I have a 3 day return policy. Please read carefully as this is firm.
Day 1 is the delivery date, and you must return it by the 3rd day.
Please do not alter the piece in ANY way- Cuts, color, using any products including but not limited to powder, fibers, concealer, perfumes, smoke, oils, or sprays. Do not cut the lace or apply tape or glue to it. Please don't move the parting or anything else that changes the original form. Please only try it on a freshly cleaned head at home without heavy products. I have the right to refuse the return if any of those conditions mentioned have not been adhered to. Please close all clips when mailing them back. Returns must be shipped in the bag and box they arrived with the return form found inside the box.
Please email the tracking number by the 3rd day with the order number in the subject line to email@example.com. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns past this date. Thank you for understanding.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment within 1-5 business days of receiving the piece back in the same condition it was sent out. Please allow another 2-7 business days for the credit to appear back in your account.
Once the store credit is issued, a refund is no longer available.
Store credits do not expire and will be issued immediately after receiving the return.
The store credit is entered at check out in the COUPON CODE box. Please wait for the store credit code to purchase a future piece.
All orders are fully insured. Most packages will require a signature for the safety of both parties (especially P.O. boxes and addresses with a unit number). If you are not home at the delivery time, you can schedule a redelivery or pick it up from your post office. If a package is not picked up from the post office, they will treat it as abandoned after about two weeks and ship it back to me. I am not responsible for abandoned packages being sent back if it gets lost.
Please note…custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Capilia products only ship in the U.S.
Capilia products: Kits ship for $25.
Single products (Vitamins & Brush set) Ship for $15.
Capillia products cannot be returned - unless they have arrived damaged.
If an order is received damaged - please take a picture of the box so we can share with the carrier and get you refunded.
Please email the images of the damaged box with the subject: Capilia products arrived damaged to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will email you with what to do after we receive the images. Thank you!
